As many of you found out at last night's meeting, John Loftus has agreed to give a presentation to us from his forthcoming book, Why I Became an Atheist.
I'm waiting for a blurb from John before I post on the "official" website.
Everyone please plan on contributing $5-$10 (that could add up to $100) as an honorarium for his speech. I think agnohumanist said it best last night, to paraphrase, he's coming from an hour away and giving his time to the group, with the price of gas he should at least not be "in the hole" by coming to speak for us.
