Probably the best biography I've read on him was Walter Isaacson's. Highly recommend it, he does touch on his religous (or more specifically lack
thereof) almost in a dismissive way. Kind of like, "oh and despite his jewish heritage he didn't really give much thought to or have any belief in
god"
