I think a simple form of succession should be included in the constitution.
President then Vice President then Secretary then Treasurer. The wording would need to be something along the lines of: In the case of a presidential vacancy due to removal, resignation, death, or incapacity, the vice president shall assume the role and responsibilities of FFW president. Upon assumption of the president by the vice president, the secretary will assume the role and responsibilities of the vice president until the new president can appoint a successor. The newly appointed vice president must be confirmed by a simple majority vote of FFW members in any quorum. |
